PURPOSE
The purpose of a Daughter Work is to plant a new church that will ultimately become self-governing. This model provides a structured path for a developing congregation to grow under pastoral covering while preparing for full church status.
DISTINCTIVENESS
A Daughter Work is an extension of a Mother Church but functions in its own location or context, holding its own services and engaging its own community.
Its focus is to reach new people, establish consistent ministry, and lay the foundation for a fully organized future congregation.
